Our Philosophy

Instruction that fails to stimulate the senses fails students. Today’s teachers must compete with multiple distractions (e.g. television and technology). The most successful twenty-first-century educators, consequently, incorporate culturally-relevant, brain-based strategies and deliver differentiated instruction that captivates and educates learners.

The Five M’s of Masterful Teaching

Our formula for successful instruction comprises six factors. Infectious motivation and effective modeling result in the meaningful memorization and permanent mastery of knowledge and skills, on the condition that students are carefully monitored and lessons are appropriately modified to meet all learning styles.
